1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item (wrong size, style, or color from what was ordered).
  • The item delivered is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • The order was cancelled before it was processed.

Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences.
  • Custom or made-to-measure orders.
  • If incorrect measurements were provided by the customer.

2. Timeframe to Request Refund

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be emailed to support@nidawaseem.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear images of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

3. Inspection & Approval

Once your request is received, our team will:

  • Assess the provided images and details
  • Contact you for any further clarification
  • Approve or reject the refund request within 5 business days

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or made-to-measure products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories such as bags or jewelry unless damaged

5. Returns

If the refund request requires return of the product, it must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging
  • Be returned via a reliable courier (customer bears the return shipping cost unless it’s our error)

Return address and instructions will be provided by our team after refund approval.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account or card statement again.
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing may take time.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@nidawaseem.com.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please request a refund and place a new order.
